mindset
We work on your mindset, removing any blocks, fears or limiting habits that could be holding you back from reaching your English goals. I share my Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), visualisation and affirmation techniques, which I have personally used to fast-track my learning of a foreign language.
language
Then comes the business English itself. You will learn the essential language you need for your job through content and context that is actually relevant to your work, so interacting with international colleagues, clients and partners in English becomes second nature.
speaking
My approach focuses on speaking rather than studying, which is perfect for busy professionals. Part of this is correcting your speaking errors immediately, so you know exactly which mistakes you are making and how to change them. You will be speaking a lot!
Meet Preeti
My name is Preeti and I'm a British qualified English Communication Coach for the professional woman who wants to go from an unsure speaker to a confident communicator so she can advance her career.
My mission is simple: to help non-native English speaking professionals reach their full leadership potential by improving their confidence speaking English at work.
I founded EmpowHER English because I'm passionate about helping women who want to:
- Elevate their existing careers and go for that internal promotion
- Apply for their international dream job and flourish in it
- Speak up in meetings and not hold back on their incredible ideas
- Travel the world, experience new cultures and make new friends
- Be great role models for their children and learn English together
I have been coaching professionals and corporate teams on their business English skills for more than 7 years. Before this I worked in London; mainly in education and marketing. I headed up the sales and marketing team for the oldest education consultancy in Britain, co-founded an education business for children and worked in mergers and acquisitions. I offer coaching, courses and workshops and my qualifications include a BSc Business and Management with Marketing, an MSc in Entrepreneurship, and CertTESOL from Trinity College London. I am also a certified Cambridge Advanced Speaking Examiner.
